At PLOOME PILATES | Global Wellness & Business School, we offer both digital education products and physical merchandise. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical items purchased through our website, including manuals, apparel, and branded equipment.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or global trainings), shipping times may be extended by a few days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

Delays due to customs, weather, or global courier conditions may occasionally occur.
Digital Products and Course Access
If you purchase a digital course, manual, or online certification, access links and login credentials are delivered immediately by email. If you do not receive your email within 24 hours, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at hello@ploomepilates.com and we’ll resend it right away.
Order Tracking and Confirmation
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If tracking details are unavailable or delayed, please allow up to 48 hours for courier systems to update.
Missing or Lost Packages
If you do not receive your package within the estimated shipping window, please contact us at hello@ploomepilates.com within 30 days of your order date.
We’ll investigate the issue immediately. If the item is confirmed lost or undelivered, we are happy to offer you a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@ploomepilates.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of the item.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or reimburse these fees.
Returns
For information on returns, please refer to our Refund Policy. Please note that educational programs, digital downloads, and certification enrollments are non-refundable, as outlined in that policy.
