At PLOOME | Global Wellness & Business School, we are committed to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards in education. Our programs are designed to deliver accredited, career-advancing training experiences across Pilates, pelvic health, wellness, and business. Because our offerings include immediate access to proprietary educational materials, live instruction, and certification pathways, all tuition payments are final. Please read the following policy carefully before registering for any course, certification, or event.
Non-Refundable Programs
All PLOOME educational purchases — including courses, certifications, continuing education modules, mentorship programs, and business trainings — are non-refundable. This policy applies to:

Online or in-person certifications

Foundations, continuing education, and specialty courses

NASM-credited programs
-
Workshops, intensives, or retreats

Digital downloads and manuals

White-label curriculum licensing and facilitator training
Once tuition has been paid and your enrollment has been confirmed, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason other than those listed under Section 3 below.
Transfers & Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. PLOOME permits one complimentary reschedule of your enrollment under the following conditions:

You provide a valid doctor’s note, flight cancellation, or documented emergency.

Your request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the program start date (for in-person certifications) or before the first live class session (for online programs).
Approved participants may transfer into the next available cohort or apply tuition as a credit toward another PLOOME program of equal or greater value within 12 months of the original start date.
Exceptions for Verified Emergencies
Refunds or extended credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis in verified medical or humanitarian emergencies (e.g., hospitalization, bereavement). All such requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ploomepilates.com with appropriate supporting documentation. PLOOME reserves the right to approve or deny any exception at its sole discretion.
Instructor Cancellations
In the unlikely event that a PLOOME course or certification is cancelled by our education team, you will be offered the choice of:

A full credit toward a future program, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method.
PLOOME is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred (such as flights, accommodations, or visa costs).
Digital Access and Early Materials
Once you have received access to digital manuals, educational portals, or proprietary course content, the service is considered rendered. Accessing or downloading any PLOOME educational material constitutes acceptance that no refund will be granted.
Payment Plans & Partial Payments
All tuition payment plans are contractually binding. If you choose to withdraw from a program after enrollment, you are still responsible for completing your agreed payment schedule. In some cases, remaining balances may be converted into tuition credits toward future courses.
How to Request a Change or Reschedule

A portion of every PLOOME purchase supports REQ.1, our non-profit sister organization helping individuals affected by PTSD, anxiety, and depression through movement and meditation.
